4. Products and Product Information
DICOLOUR deals in natural gemstones, diamonds and jewellery. Due to the natural origin of many of our gemstones, each stone is unique.
Natural gemstones may naturally exhibit variations in colour, tone and saturation, clarity, inclusions, transparency, dimensions, cut and proportions, and overall appearance. Such natural variations are not considered defects.
Product photographs displayed on the Website are intended to provide a representation of the product. Actual colour and appearance may vary depending on lighting conditions, photography, display settings and the individual characteristics of the gemstone.
Where applicable, product descriptions will identify relevant information concerning gemstone origin, treatment, certification and other characteristics available to us.
5. Gemstone Treatments and Disclosures
Where a gemstone has undergone a known treatment, enhancement or modification that is material to its identification or value, DICOLOUR will make the relevant disclosure where applicable.
Certain natural gemstones may contain inclusions or characteristics resulting from their geological formation. Such characteristics are part of the individual identity of a natural gemstone and shall not automatically constitute a defect.
Where a recognised gemological laboratory certificate is supplied with a gemstone or jewellery item, the certificate shall be considered together with the product description.
A laboratory's opinion regarding geographic origin is an expert opinion and may not constitute an absolute guarantee of geographic provenance.
6. Gemstone Certificates
Certain gemstones and jewellery pieces may be accompanied by reports or certificates issued by independent gemological laboratories.
Where a certificate is specifically mentioned in a product listing, the applicable certificate/report will form part of the product documentation.
Certificates may identify characteristics such as gemstone variety, species, treatment, origin opinion, weight or other gemological information depending upon the laboratory and report type.
If a product is sold without a laboratory certificate, this will be indicated or communicated to the customer where applicable.
7. Pricing
All prices displayed on the Website are subject to change without prior notice.
Prices may be displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) or another currency depending upon the customer's location, payment method or Website configuration.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, import charges, bank charges or other governmental charges may apply depending upon the destination and transaction.
In the event of an obvious pricing, typographical or technical error, DICOLOUR reserves the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, cancel or modify the affected order.
8. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order through the Website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product.
An order is not considered finally accepted until DICOLOUR confirms the order and/or receives the applicable payment, as determined by the circumstances of the transaction.
DICOLOUR reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order where the product is unavailable; there is an obvious pricing or listing error; payment cannot be verified; the transaction appears fraudulent or suspicious; the product cannot legally be shipped to the requested destination; the customer has provided inaccurate information; or circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent fulfilment.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded in accordance with the Company's refund procedures and applicable law.
9. High-Value and Bespoke Orders
Certain gemstones and jewellery offered by DICOLOUR are high-value or individually sourced pieces.
For high-value gemstones, rare gemstones, bespoke jewellery and custom orders, DICOLOUR may require advance payment or a deposit, identity or transaction verification where legally required, additional documentation, confirmation of specifications, written approval of designs, gemstone/certificate confirmation, or additional processing time.

Any material change to the approved design or specifications will, where reasonably practicable, be communicated to the customer before completion.
Custom orders may require a non-refundable deposit or full advance payment. The applicable payment and cancellation terms will be communicated before production begins.

DICOLOUR reserves the right to inspect returned merchandise before approving a refund.
15. Product Exchanges
